For late departures: a surcharge of €30 per hour started.
Key box: A code will be provided.
Key handover - Inventory: Upon arrival, you will find an inventory and two sets of keys in the apartment.
Rent payment: 50% upon reservation, balance 50% 60 days before arrival.
Security deposit: €500 per stay.
Pets: Not allowed.
Subletting: Not allowed.
Minimum stay: 2 nights
Number of guests: Maximum 4
Cleaning: €80 per stay
Consumption(water electricity): €20 per day

Bed linen and towels can be rented.
